🠊 The Executive Administrator is a full‐time Extra Help position in the Office of County Supervisor Otto Lee. This position provides comprehensive administrative, scheduling, and logistical support. This role serves as a key liaison between the Supervisor, constituents, public officials, internal departments, and external organizations. The ideal candidate is proactive, discreet, and thrives in a dynamic, public‐facing political environment.

Each Supervisor represents a geographic district. Elected in November 2020, Supervisor Lee represents the Third District, which includes Alviso, Sunnyvale, Milpitas, and neighborhoods in North San Jose.
